The tag chat seems to be an obvious one. But the questions seems to cover many topics, which leads to many possible tags: closing, re-open, down-votes, deletion, be-nice-policy and probably a few more are possible candidates..

I think at this stage it would be premature to create a separate crude tag. :-)

@ProducerofBS Since it is your question, perhaps you could take time to add some suitable tags?
