I have added too more bullet points to the chat tag-info. (Although I am not really satisfied and this can probably be improved.)

@user21820 What did you mean by "(2) How to make links." Did you mean link to a specific message? Or did you mean [text](url) syntax.

I have tried to do some edits along the lines of user21820's suggestion - but as I said before, if you have some improvements that can be made, please go ahead.

I've added this:
