Albanese and Wong are then set to travel to a meeting of the Quad security organisation on Tuesday, where they will meet with US President Joe Biden, India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Japan Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, in Tokyo.
Labour still hasn't gotten the 76 seats needed to govern outright. 72 last i checked i think they are still 12 seats in question but i think they swore him in because they need to send someone to the Quad meeting
last time Labour was in a similar situation where they couldn't govern outright and in the end about 3-4 independents held the balance of power, we didn't have a PM sworn in for a few weeks
i mainly just remember Paul McDermott on Good News Week saying "we're in Anarchy! and currently it's not looking too bad"
