@TimStone I've heard nothing about this, but I assume it's Republicans trying to commit election fraud?
Oh apparently people that were at the Capitol Riots are counting ballots. That's great.

@TimStone if they do (waiver IP Protection) i wonder what happens here in Australia as i assumed the reason why we're planning on building a new lab for producing RNA Vaccines was because we made some deal with Pfizer or Moderna

@Wipqozn My first apartment in the city (in North Dartmouth, so it wasn't a great place but did tick some important boxes) was managed by Metcap when I moved out. They were not the best landlords. My second apartment was much better on so many levels.
 
@MBraedley Sounds like they've only got worse.
They've had a reputation for being slumlords for a while, but sounds like it's gotten worse and worse.

This is one huge difference.
In order to maximize profits they've started focusing on aggressive evictions.
To the point it's likely illegal, but as always, they depend on people not understanding their rights.
or at lest not having the means or time to defend said rights
