@Jolenealaska Yeah, I think its pretty reasonable to conclude that his strokes and subsequent death had something to do with the bear spray assault he received during the capital insurrection the prior day (and in fact the medical examiner said as much). But this means that prosecutors won't likely be able to charge the rioters with causing his death

I only followed this a bit, but from what I gather this was a very strong case by the prosecution. So the likely outcomes are convicted or hung jury

well, there are a whole bunch of different charges, so could easily be convict on some, acquit on others
