@Jolenealaska Like I said, I'm pretty sure the chair is free to decide that it is actually in order and from there it would probably go to an appeal which requires a majority vote against the decision of the chair to overturn

Which means it will absolutely be found out of order

But that ruling is a decision

But it isn't a decision of the parliamentarian
