@Frank This is just a theory by a Dem senator with no insider knowledge but I've long believe that Trump will put up a fight if he loses.

And even if not, "right of way" doesn't give you free pass to heat people with your car. If someone cuts you off in traffic, you don't get a free pass to speed up and intentionally ram into them.
 
oh wait, you mean they literally closed the highway for vehicles because of the protests?
 
@Nzall The highway the protestors were on was closed. The driver had to pass police barricades to get there.
Right before the protestors there was a cars blocking the road, so even if he didn't realize the highway was closed somehow, the cars should've been an indication to him he should have stopped.
