12:02 AM
Hard to appreciate just exactly how dumb everything is

12:19 AM
That DA who offered to reduce sentences for people who donated to his charity has been told to stop
So naturally his response is that he's going to keep doing it

12:33 AM
@Memor-X wait it ended? That’s breaking news right there

@Stormblessed oh wait, may have write that wrong. might need to have been -1

1:26 AM
@Memor-X -1 years
Or, unfortunately, maybe -5 :(

now unless they are 2 different set of documents i think it wouldn't matter either way then......unless Trump is trying to bluff the Democrats into withdrawing their subpoena before then turning around going "naaa, i think i'll not release them"

Look up x17 particle. If true is the biggest news in science since the theory of relativity. Would have huge sweeping ramifications unlike anything in our lifetime. #ForcesofNature

Hey again please report the user @StewardshipAmer on Twitter
It’s very clearly a bot, see the replies
@Memor-X what kind of game are you currently working on?

Let's hope there's a crime those people can be charged with...
@Memor-X because clearly he hasn't eeveeeer done that before. And he's totally been super honest and did things he promised. :p

@Nzall i was to be surprised this happened, but i'm not
Big Brother Australia 2006, also known as Big Brother 6, was the sixth season of the Australian reality television series Big Brother, and was aired on Network Ten in Australia. The series began on 22 April 2006 and finished on 31 July 2006; a duration of 101 days. In the auditions, which had been held in November and December 2005, producers asked for contestants who were "smart, strong, and looking for a fight". The Launch was aired on the evening of 23 April 2006 (a 24-hour delay). Fifteen housemates initially entered the house on Day 0, with the addition of three Intruder housemates entering...
> An alleged sexual assault during which John (real name Michael Bric) held down Camilla Severi on her bed while Ashley (Michael Cox) pushed his crotch into her face in the house on 1 July 2006 resulted in the ejection of the pair from the show.
sure it was 13 years ago but these shows run off controversy and drama

@Memor-X Yeah, in Belgium the show started really getting attention when partway through the first season a pair of contestants had sex
Once that happened the show suddenly became wildly popular

@Nzall sounds like it just became a more "organised" version of Jersey/Geordie Shore

1:05 PM
I mean, yes
On the one hand, obviously, the only question is whether he bribed his way into creating conditions to commit suicide or it was made possible through negligence. On the other hand, we now have to believe the Attorney General, of the United States, sat there and went through 8 hours of footage to make super sure
It should throw a pretty big wrench in all those "The Clintons did it" narratives though
This is somehow not a parody?

1:20 PM
@TimStone Spoiler: You are

4 hours later…
5:43 PM
@GodEmperorDune It is honestly offensive to me that Carter Page has not gone to jail for something yet

6:42 PM
@TimStone thats not accidental tho
@TimStone thats so biden

@TimStone jfc, not surprised though, he always gave off a creeper vibe

7:10 PM
@TimStone and i thought the guy buying stuff on steam with campaign contributions was wild

maybe even a little town in the netherlands, with any luck
who knows
(probably not)

Oh, it took me a minute to realise this was a Hague reference and not (somehow) a Wilhelm II reference
That makes much more sense

9:18 PM
> Buchanan told the Tribune that she told the children they should not be uncomfortable seeing a woman’s chest if they were not embarrassed to see a man’s chest.
Okay, well, not a super good thing to tell a kid but still seems like an accident

@GnomeSlice this seems like a huge stretch to being a sex offender

@GodEmperorDune I get the impression that sex offender laws in a lot of the US are...super fucked up

@TimStone AFAIK that doesn't matter. The bill was approved with a vetoproof supermajority, so even if Trump doesn't sign it, it still becomes law

@GodEmperorDune Yeah, but they had unanimous consent in the senate before that. I can't imagine that 34 senators would vote differently the second time around

10:13 PM
@TimStone As someone who has had to hang drywall during a Houston summer, it's not dumb.

Oh, they definitely might, because they are dumb. McConnell would have to schedule the vote to begin with though
Presumably someone will try to nudge him into it, I don't think that he's technically vetoed it yet

McConnell? Scheduling a vote? Next thing you'll tell me is that a turtle might schedule a vote in the Senate.

@Yuuki I get the heat aspect but given the dust it seems like you're better off with the clothes, idk

@TimStone Put on a facemask and take a shower later.
A nice cold shower.
win-win

@TimStone I’d worry less about the dirt and more about dropping something sharp onto bare skin

Also true
Incidentally, if she did this
> They allege that Buchanan drunkenly commented in front of her stepchildren that she should be able to take off her shirt if her husband could do so, then removed her clothes. The prosecutors also allege that Buchanan told her husband that she would put her shirt back on only if he showed her his penis
She's still not a sex offender but it does seem more like A Problem

Do not hang drywall whilst drunk

Also don't ask your stepchildren's dad to whip it out in front of them probably

But even drunkenly disrobing in front of your step kids doesn’t seem like it should be a sex offense
It’s not inherently sexual

Yeah, I suspect the "lewdness involving a minor" statute is just broadly defined and that's largely how we got here
Since e.g. a person doing public indecent exposure outside a school or something would be more sex-offense-y

11:14 PM
Yeah

11:29 PM
Unclear if he said it as a joke or a "joke", but not surprising yet still somehow surprising he'd place the blame on Kellyanne
She's a woman but also one of his biggest defenders
