Eh. Interesting article about how the frozen funds came to the House's attention, and they started digging into the matter. Might help explain the timing of how and when funds were finally released. So related, but not central, I guess.
The biggest takeaway is that it might have all come to light even without the whistleblower

Sounds like it was previously in written arguments, this morning it was argued verbally in court
This suit seems a particularly egregious example of the White House trying to shut down reporting it doesn't like:

Not a lawyer, but I don't suspect this has much chance of succeeding in court, even if certain elements of the article turn out not to be true

@BradC @GnomeSlice So I've been thinking on this, and despite not being an article, I'm still going to delete it. Two reasons. First off, part of why Breitbart isn't allowed is the site just can't be trusted, and tbh I wouldn't put it paste them for fake something like this (although I assume this is real).

More importantly, though, I don't want to get into a situation where we allow some Breitbart stuff, but not others, and then theirs this weird ambiguous grey line of "well you allowed this! Why not this?"
