I vote then that we get rid of birthright citizenship and all current citizens have to (re-)take the citizenship exam.
Having taken the citizenship exam myself, I'm about 200% sure that everyone who went through the naturalization process has more civil education than the average birthright citizen.

On the one hand, I feel really bad for the USFL. On the other hand, they won an anti-trust lawsuit against the NFL and were awarded a comical $1 in damages.
Which because it was an anti-trust suit was tripled to a whopping $3.
And the final check was for $3.76 because of interest.
