@TimStone not that I'd give Trump the benefit of the doubt, but there's plenty of grey and complicated situations that can happen with ships and aircraft on open sea, like flying very close over the ships. And I think they do happen e.g. with the Russians occasionally. You generally don't shoot because there are pilots in there, but Drones are less likely to escalate as nobody dies
