this is true, there are some testing requirements for add ons but I can't tell what the base testing is

(in Ohio, the typical process for a class D Operator's license is a temporary permit, 24 hours of classroom, a certain number of hours driving training, and testing, so I had assumed it was the same except you have to do it in a truck but idk)

(there may be a different process for people who are already 18 idk)

Unless a person has a retirement funding option that exceeds 5% annual returns, I'd probably put retirement funding behind low interest debt unless that person is worried about contribution limits in the future.
