The guidelines from Endocrine society, the most commonly used guidelines along with WPATH state this:
> Clinicians should measure serum estradiol and serum testosterone and maintain them at the level for premenopausal females (100 to 200 pg/mL and **<50 ng/dL**, respectively).
https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/102/11/3869/4157558?login=false
50 ng/dl is 1.735 nmol/l
and the target is below that
is it possible to have higher levels? yeah, but generally, those are the target levels
that being said - trans healthcare has a lot of room for improvement, as many doctors are absolutely uneducated on treating trans people and all of this shit happening in US is actively making it harder for trans people to get proper healthcare to be able to fit better into the transphobic society
so if the idea is to make sure trans women aren't considered people unless they "pass" as cis women, but then at the same time also prevent them from getting the gender-affirming care they need to get there, it is clear that conservatives just want trans people to stop existing
@Flats I don't feel like having to prove your gut feel wrong, if you have a point to make then do so, otherwise you are right - this conversation is going nowhere

@forest From some of the commentary I've read, it's more than that. If your Miranda rights were violated, the prosecution can take a scalpel and cut out that little bit during trial. Before, all evidence gathered as a direct result of a Miranda violation was tainted.
Just a thought, what if we (the rest of the world) sanctioned the conservative justices?

@Elise to add to this, typical cis female levels in most sources are listed as 15 to 70 ng/dL or 0.5 to 2.4 nmol/L and it's common for top tier athletes to be on the upper end of that (or higher), although I don't think any actual stats for athletes exist (correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to see the stats)
