Roe vs. Wade is being "debated" in SCOTUS, but there are already 5 justices in favor of overturning, apparently because now that all 50 states allow women to give up their children for adoption after birth, the burdens of parenthood that were part of the reasoning for Roe vs. Wade are no longer relevant. Also something about returning the court to neutrality because they're not mandating bans either

So fucking crazy that it is still a debate in the US and the right is held by the equivalent of 2 popsicle sticks held by hot glue.

The issue has been closed and dealt with for about 40 years in Canada
There was a few politicians that tried to reopen the subject in 2006, and it did not go well for them

@Nzall In the end your constitution can't be defended by the courts alone. If your legislative doesn't share your values they'll win in the end
