@Pandya How is it a partial answer? Did OP ask which Stotra contains the verse? He is asking which scripture.....? So how is the answer even partial?
@Pandya The verse is from Agastya Kritha Saraswati Stotram. There's no doubt in it. Now, if it's also used as a Dhyana Sloka of Saraswati, then that does not mean Agastya is not the composer of that verse. Once it is identified which Stotra it is part of, the answer should provide which scriptures contain the Stotra. Right now it is not at all answering.
