I had just arrived at the office and set everything up by then. I usually start my office days early, it avoids the most murderous parts of traffic and it means they're over sooner as well!

Well I'm glad I don't have to commute by public transport... at least for this office, it saves me hours each day. It's 40-45 minutes by car, over 2 hours with public transport :)

I know, public transport has to be favourable

best case scenario for me is still a few hours, but only one transfer and one of the legs is always about 80% of the journey... So if I leave outside of rush hour, I get to sit down and do some work (or watch something at night) :)

Yeah, if you can work and travel, that's good. I did that for a long time as well.

Had a first class 'altijd vrij'. Always plenty of seating, even in rush hours :P

It's also still rumbling a bit. The good thing is that it'll be dry by the time I start driving home.
