Q: Difference between being busy and being productive

There's a quote that says: "There's a huge difference between being busy, and being productive" I'm always busy and have a lot of things to do, but my productivity is so so little. There're a lot of distractions that make me not focus on only one thing at the same time that's why I'm always busy...

@ExtrovertedMainMan "She is also quite mature for her age (11) and is not emotionally volatile like some of the other children in her class." - I am sorry but NOBODY is "mature for their age". There is no 11 year old with a perspective and experience of a 30 year old. I understand that some children are more socially fluent than others, but this whole "mature children" thing makes me cringe. Children are NOT little adults and should not be treated as such.

Q: When i play lead guitar solos, the other singer in the band tends to vocalize over what i am playing. I find it highly disrespectful. Anyone else?

I just need to know what the general consensus is on this issue. I feel disrespected to the point i want to quit this band. I have asked the singer not to do this but she claims artistic expression. What about MY artistic expression?
