@Tinkeringbell No. On the 26th, Tuesday is a national holiday so taking Monday off will give you a 4 days weekend.

No. I never was gonna have Monday off. Actually, I have an immense workload since this project was assigned to me amidst its development phase because the previous developer didn't do the work according to the code and DB standards we set initially.
Since I took the sick leave, I am working on Saturday to reduce it.

I got the call regarding the project being handed over on January 1st, so I kind of knew it's gonna happen soon.
However, I can use this opportunity to take a decent appraisal, but who knows what happens at that time.
