I suggest not only saying what you are doing each day, but also roughly describe what problems you were facing today, since it is mostly the problems that are mentally draining. "I had to fix a bug in a layout" sounds less exhausting than "my data just didn't display correctly and I had no idea why. @Fitzy physical exercise increases levels of BDNF, which actually helps the brain work better (reducing stress/anxiety and improving learning/mood)... So, I agree - the focus should be more on stopping negative comments (which do seem to be causing the stress) than avoiding the physical exertion itself. — CPHPython 15 secs ago
