@user42077 i upvoted atleast one of the two questions you asked because i thought it was a good question - but me giving an upvote doesn't mean i'm in a position to make an answer. 1 answer is somewhat standard now this site gets a lot less traffic than it used to

@AlexRobinson , Ty! Good to know the questions themselves are fine. Could it be the deeply personal and life changing scenario that's discouraging folks from answering? Unfortunately, the only answer so far to my 2nd question is not very helpful. Looking for a more holistic answer with substance , outline of discussion framework etc.
