I had a friend and i had some likings towards her.I told her about it but as she was committed she denied.Now, we were still friends,but one day i said something wring about her boyfriend and she blocked me that day. I tried to convey her for the next three months but all in vain.Things got worse...

Yeah, most of that is intrapersonal stuff guiding the need for more interpersonal skills. I've added my own comment there, I think the main big problem with the question is that it asks how to make others do something, but doesn't really make it clear what the OP wants to improve in their own behaviour (assertiveness when this happens? having a conversation before leaving the next time? putting out an ultimatum?)...
