@CaldeiraG To be honest, you don't even need to be a binge-watcher for that. On my old schedule, the one that included travelling to and from an office... I could just about squeeze in a single 45-50 minute episode between dinner and washing my hair if I wanted to sleep 7 hours.
If I wanted to watch a movie I'd had to do it in two parts or save it for the weekend.
My average right now is about 7h30 of sleep each night... I'm still not at 8 and I keep wondering if I want to work further towards that or keep it this way so that the shock of going back to the old schedule won't be too big later.
(that's actual sleep, not time just lying around in a bed :P)
