@LeeWoofenden Would you agree to a deal where you read one of these two books and I read an anti-sola fide book of your choosing of similar length?

@Mr.Bultitude I purchased the Kindle version of both. Making time to read them might be more challenging. If you're going to read something from my perspective, you might as well go straight to the horse's mouth and read the relevant chapters from Swedenborg's True Christiinaty.

@Mr.Bultitude The relevant chapters of True Christianity are split between the two published (English) volumes, which you can download free in Epub format here and here.
@Mr.Bultitude The most relevant chapters are 6 through 11. The linked (New Century Edition) translation uses newer terminology for old Christian concepts, but I think you'll be able to make the connection, especially if you get the Deluxe edition that includes the annotations (the Portable edition has only Swedenborg's text in translation).
@Mr.Bultitude It would also be worth your while to read the section on "Redemption" in Chapter 2.
@Mr.Bultitude Just keep in mind as you read that Swedenborg was writing in the 18th century, not the 20th or 21st. His style and approach differs from current writings accordingly.
