e.g. if you have 4 steps: 1: find the object, 2: pick the object up, 3: twist the object, 4: put it down and something happens, and you see the message 2: succesfully picked up the object
so what would the equivalent of step 3 be in the case of your WP CLI problem?
also, keep in mind that --network tells the command to apply the change to all tables on all sites, I still think that specifying both --network and --site is paradoxical and a bad idea
just keep in mind that you're telling the command both "you must only run for this site" and you're telling it "you must run on all tables for all sites"
So I think those parameters just prevent the CLI from scanning through the files, correct? WordPress till loads those if they're specified in the database, right?
Thus, causing an error, preventing WP-CLI to continue.
