Yup. We explicitly made that list for people who would be interested and wouldn't mind mass pings.

Although I'd recommend not pinging twice in such a short time.
Also, there's a limit to how many people get notified from a single message - I think it's like 5 or something, but I don't remember for sure. Anyway, I'd advise splitting up the pings into more than one message, to make it actually effective at notifying people.
