i regularly experience targeted gang-closure and serial downvoting on this stack.

I take it as information--the line of questioning may be somewhat novel in that the answers and even the conceptions haven't been previously defined.
I've had questions ganged and closed, even after receiving legitimate, upvoted answers.

Can I ask you a question, @DukeZhou? Are you, or are you acquainted with The Great Duck? It's not good or bad either way. I understand that the comments above are expressions of your frustrations that you honestly feel. I think the belief that your are being targeted is only half-true, and that your responses to feeling targeted undermine your efforts rather than help them. E.g., if you are aware that you are known, or others have known to perceive you as arrogant, you need to explicitly...
...work to reply in an almost exaggerated mode, acknowledging appreciation for others warnings, cautions, suggestions you're on the wrong track (as though they really do care about you), and focus as much as you can on how to speak in a way that invites inputs, a willingness to listen, wait slightly, (and you're entitled to others patience, just as you must be patient), as though you will be working with others as a team for an indefinite period of time...
Hi, @SiongThyeGoh!

oh hi

@amWhy Yup. I'm learning to go slow, because I'm approaching Sudoku from the opposite direction, and try and take steps to lead people to see what I'm suggesting. (One idea I'm trying to demonstrate is how the constraints of Latin square may be said to be intrinsic. Another is how I might go about calculating the size of the gametree, where the set of all Sudoku can only be reduced for symmetry, not substitution because, in the model, the elements have value and are not merely placeholders.)
