Lets vacinate enough people in enough countries to get the case numbers down or at least on the way down before we open up countries for tourism. As much as I personally want to travel, if my country has the number of cases it has now, other countries should keep their borders closed.

i'm all for travel bubbles between countries with very low infection rates though. if aus/singapore opens up i'll be off as soon as i can get an offordable ticket. if a bubble opened with taiwan i'd be ecstatic. in the meantime i think more and more about at least going to NZ, even though it's expensive
