@JoErNanO I was curious because there was some talk a while ago about the mobile site; someone thought the site design had changed, not realizing that they were just getting the mobile design. So far I'm only getting the new top bar on SO, but I understand they're rolling it out everywhere now. It would make sense to start with moderators.
