hmm. Movement to me means one of the following: (1) actual motion, (2) part of a piece of music, (3) political/religious/philosophical group. Or I suppose (4) defecation. 1 seems out because there are too many things there that move. 2 seems hopeless (BRIDGE and JAM can both refer to music but not in the right way). 3 might suggest CLUB e.g. but seems stretched.

I don't love any of those but would probably go for 1 with 2 as second choice. With very little confidence that it wouldn't be disastrous. (But we can afford a little disaster given the current state of the game.)

incidentally, so far as I can tell from the rules here (dunno whether the official ones are different) there is nothing stopping the spymaster giving a clue with the number zero (and then presumably following up with another clue that combines with the first one somehow and a non-zero number)...
