@MarkMayo it seems the site is hosted (or proxied or something) by an entity called Bunny CDN; see their DMCA takedown procedures at bunny.net/tos

they're a Slovenian company with (it seems) servers in the Netherlands so it's not clear if you can get US law to apply but they say they abide by it anyway

@mlc yeah I've been through the registrar without luck, and emailed the site owner as well with zero response, so may try bunny.net next, thanks!

also the hosting was done through a company in the UK from one of the lookups, so I have some leads. Appreciate it!
