Whether a Schengen National Visa type D is the same as Resident Permit? would still have the same answer. The rules for entering Poland won't but the general idea is still the same

And when I have the room open, I do see the warning as soon as it comes in, but mostly I also see new activity.

I can use it but it is going to be a lot of work to delete all. I might go for the ones with a spammy name.

Cleaning up a spammer takes quite a few more clicks than just reporting spam, (as it should,) so it is something that takes time and as you do not want to make mistakes, attention.
