I more intended it to be a general question as to whether or not clearing and restarting bounties is allowed, and didn't realize that the specific things I chose to write would paint a bad picture. If you wish, I'll ask a CM to delete that question.

When china had the COVID situation, everyone blamed it for not being responsible and for spreading the virus, namely the American media... now the Americans are being so irresponsible themselves and their flights are like there's nothing called COVID...

So it doesn't matter anymore

@NeanDerThal in a lot of places its easy to manage. Here in Seattle the hospitals are a ghost town
