@SQB I wasn’t aware there was a blog. I dunno about stories; my grandparents were both Fans, I used to have some of the old magazines with their letters in the back (back when that was how people organized meetups).

But I know because of his work, and the era and all, they all knew each other. I think I remember my father saying that my grandfather was Van Vogt’s editor for a while, but I don’t know how true that is.

@Broklynite that used to be a joke for a while here: "we have a blog?" But I've a feeling you're serious. There should be a link to the latest blog post pinned on the side bar, but I'm on mobile so I can't check. It might be one of Dr. Dizzle's movie reviews instead.

I should say that I know plenty of stories, no doubt my mother knows many more. It’s difficult to separate fact from fiction tho. You never know though, I ran into Chris clairemont a couple of years ago and confirmed that yes indeed he was my next door neighbor for many years.

Then again, autocomplete didn't work for them, so I guess not.
