It's now 2.5 months till Sukkot. Are we planning on doing this this year? If so, it seems like a good time to start.
Based on our past five publication projects, I'd say that what we need fairly soon is for somebody to volunteer to organize the project. The work is distributed, but somebody needs to drive it, set deadlines, nudge people, etc.
