the top level sort goes first, so it'll sort differently depending on the order of the inner lists
Ṣ€Ṣ€€Q = Ṣ€⁺€Q but Ṣ€€Ṣ€Q != Ṣ€Ṣ€€Q
it just so happens that the four lists i tried had sorted first elements
