@SimplyBeautifulArt I'm usually not inclined to explain to people who claim 'as a matter of fact' that it can be applied, as it takes more time and energy than just saying they need to learn basic logic.

It's different if the asker is asking, rather than an answerer pretending to know what they're doing.

@amWhy Just as an addition to the Daniel Fischer's suggestion about Reopen request thread, I'll add that U in CRUDE stands for undelete. So this seems like a reasonable place where to suggest that some question should be undeleted or to ask opinion about the undeletion.
