@WELZ FYI promotion in profiles is allowed, so if a user has any legitimate non-spam actions on a site then they're not going to have their accounts deleted for stuff in their profile

I've got nothing against deleting obvious spam, but it needs to be absolutely clear it's purely there for spam

(I say because one of those accounts has legitimate posts and rep on GD and a few sites)
