The problem here is, we don't seem to follow through. We are looking at one another hoping for something to happen
First of all, the mods should add the new close vote reason (this takes care of the content issue)
i.e. the quality of the content
@honi In my opinion, we should focus on neuroscience first. We have some very knowledgeable people in that field and neuroscienctific method stack was started on Area51 cogsci.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/2136/… .
This may indicate they have the highest need for a SE platform

@Seanny123 That is a very good question. One issue is that people tend not to read the chat (entirely). That's why i posted the meta question above
As we speak, I am also formulating a new approach to : cogsci.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/2102/…
If we could bring that under their attention that would already help I believe
and if not (i had to think for a very long time here), we could just start promoting. The only thing we need to know is how

Ok, I will try to contact the people involved with the Neuroscience stack proposal.
I would like the assurance that if a good faith effort to bring those people into CogSci doesn't work out, the mods here will be willing to tell the site administrators that Neuroscience deserves its own space.
