It is older than 14 days - so no longer eligible for community bulletin just based on score. Maybe if it appears at featured on meta, more users of your site might notice that question and give some input there.

Actually, on many other sites, similar posts have been featured right from the start. Here is a random example: ethereum.meta.stackexchange.com/posts/697/revisions
