1. Toast 100g hazelnuts in oven for 10 min 2. Blitz the hazelnuts to flour in the blender 3. Add 200g sultanas and keep blending until the mixture is sticky 4. Press into a flan dish 5. Peel two avocados and put the flesh into the blender along with 100ml chocolate sweet freedom sauce and 2 generous tbsp cashew buttern, blend until smooth 6. Spread the avo mix on top of the base. melt some dark chocolate and swirl it through.
