That's a new one too! (when interrupting)
@rak1507 I've seen that when interrupting long-running output.

has 19.0 changed session log behaviour? I can't scroll up past a certain point :(
Also can't ctrl+backspace past, 'there is no previous line' I know there is!

It has a completely overhauled log system, using JSON, and using multiple logs in parallel. So maybe your old things are in a different log file?
However, the recall is afaik unchanged. Maybe increase the buffer sizes?

@B.Wilson most likely you haven't got all the necessary dlls/shared libraries or their dependencies

@AndyS Figured it out. Looks like libcef.so tries to dlopen some extra libraries and segfaults if it can't find them. Shoving them under LD_LIBRARY_PATH appears to fix everything.

Okay, dumb question. How do you usually start Ride on Linux?
I see the lib/dyalog/RIDEapp directory, but running electron .../lib/dyalog/RIDEapp appears to just sit at a splash screen.

On ubuntu, I just installed the package and then can run via ride or clicking icon
Bit silly, but you have got dyalog installed too, right?

9:00 PM
@Silas That's the thing. The .deb package doesn't contain any ride executable as far as I can tell.
Or do you usually need to install RIDE separately?
The .deb does contain the RIDEapp directory, which looks like a full-fledged Electron application.
@Silas BTW, I'm trying to fix the dyalog package for my Linux distribution, hence the silly questions.
9:43 PM
Since my dyalog isn't sitting at the standard location, maybe I either need to tell RIDE where it is or start a session manually and point RIDE at it?
