@MasterQuiz We're working on the next release of Jarvis which will greatly expand the instructional material (documentation, sample apps, and hopefully a series of 5-10 minute tutorial videos). I'm hoping that we'll have it out before the end of the year.

what's the ETA for 18.1, by the way?

Oooh

It seems to me APLX is really different Dyalog APL ?
⊃(1 2 3)(4 5 6)
1 2 3
≦(1 2 3) (4 5 6) (Shape of argument is 2, and of each item 1 2 3 within the argument is 3) 4 5 6
⊃(1 2 3)(4 5 6) are different output in APLX
1 2 3
4 5 6
they are really different:)
does anyone try BQN yet? .. how do you guys like the language?
it seems that BQN support first-class function

some of the differences are from APL2 switching some things up after Dyalog had already implemented them. ⎕ML←2 makes Dyalog behave more like APL2

Do you guys think BQN will be the APL killer in array language?

@Adám Dyalog settings table here seems a bit weird - ⎕ML≤2 seems to suggest that ≡Mix applies for ⎕ML←1, but that's not the case
@elliptic00 I think it has a decent chance to become a competing array language. APL will definitely stay alive though. (note: am author of dzaima/BQN and CBQN)

7:07 PM
you are the author of BQN?

no, that's Marshall

Yep, it is really depend on the tool sets to support the languages.. such as Good IDE.. Dev environment, etc
