@ngn update: 23 bytes is possible. the bounty remains capped at 500 rep.

only the first one who publishes a solution of a certain byte count can claim that byte count. whoever is in the lead in ~2.5 days gets the reward. so, there's a bit of a dilemma whether to publish early and accept the risk of giving competitors ideas to work on, or wait longer and hope nobody comes up with an equally short answer :)

I have discovered dfns.adic and it brings this excellent challenge back to mind
