Q: GNU APL -- SAVED with a VERY old SVN version

I recently installed GNU APL (version 1.7) from source code (configure, make, make install). Everything is working except I get an error message every time I LOAD a workspace. It gives the same error on Linux Mint 17.3 and on Raspbian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch). WARNING: this workspace was )SAVEd...

Has anyone looked at this challenge?

I have a 28 bytes, but haven't considered many approaches

Actually, I have a rough 25 with a different approach

I suppose it's 20 bytes if you don't care about it finishing quickly

@H.PWiz is it acceptable in such challenges to keep generating and testing random candidate-solutions until one is valid?
