Things like ]defs and ]repr will try to find shorter representations of some patterns, but of course they have to work no matter what ⎕IO is, since the given value is constant. E.g. ((10 12 14 16 18)(10 12 14 16 18))((10 12 14 16 18)(10 12 14 16 18)) will show as 2⍴⊂2⍴⊂10+2×⎕io-⍨⍳5
