When you start the runtime interpreter it does not open any ports by default. Normally the runtime version is called with the name of a workspace which is loaded and its latent expression (âLX) is run, thus starting a runtime application. So if you want to pass data to your application you should write some code which starts conga and listens on a port of your choice (probably best to define that via an environment variable or similar).
