Today I might go visit some rocks & minerals shop. No particular reason, I'm just bored. But I came here to complain about how much they seem to be capitalizing on the bogus "crystal healing" trend.

@PhiNotPi Rocks and minerals have always had metaphysical associations and I'm sure everyone who traded/sold them at least knew about those associations, even if they didn't believe any of them were real. I agree though that they're capitalizing on a fad... Which does make good business sense, honestly.

@El'endiaStarman yes this. Gems have always been overpriced IMO. It's also why I think that preferring the gold standard is ridiculous

Update: did not go to rocks&minerals store, went to board game store instead.
