@Martin - I'll do it myself. I just need to clean it up in the parts washer, dry it thoroughly, spray it down with some carb cleaner or possibly some Prep-All and wipe it, then throw some primer and then paint on it. It really won't take too long to do, I just need to do it.
I bought the paint for the pan and valve covers. I wanted it to help the engine pop a little bit (ie: stand out). The black paint I put on the block doesn't do a lick for that.

Should not be over the top, but should look well enough as long as I prep the surface well.
I think I'll go out and put the cam in the engine ... sounds like a fun Friday afternoon project! :o)
