@rhyaeris in my experience, it is rather the opposite. People with no intention or interest in learning Japanese seems to be behind the majority of the one-liner translation requests. They may have seen some text somewhere and are curious, they may want some cool thing to put in a tattoo, or whatever, but they are not learners.

As for your transcription question, I did not see it, but if you show some effort, surely you could hear parts of it yourself?, then I do not think it would be closed.
