I find that this london mulligan rule will be very benificial to combo decks

Looks like gatherer got updated with a bunch of new cards today

that have ruling dates of 5/3/2019

@JoeW that makes sense, it's the USA format for May 3rd, the release date of War of the Spark

rulings are forward dated

Figure, I had mad an edit to a post yesterday and included a note about the link for the new card not working until the 3rd and I noticed today that it was working after someone put a comment on it saying it did

Oh, yeah. Cards get added to Gatherer sometime in the week or two before pre-release.

It would be ... very bad ... if there was no Oracle entry for cards before actual gameplay starts, considering the Oracle entry for the cards is considered the definitive entry for what cards do.

Oh, yeah. I just let Gatherer links be broken until it's release day, because it's only going to be a problem for a month at most.

I did it for that question but was also fixing the link for a card that was already in there.
